The Office of Capital Outlay Management provides evaluation, planning, design, construction administration and construction management support services to the Bon Air Juvenile Correctional Center, the Virginia Public Safety Training Center, DJJ's Central Office, and to regional detention centers, treatment centers and group homes in Virginia. We support all facets of DJJ’s physical plant and buildings, beyond their routinely required maintenance.
